This device makes it easy to synchronize up to 4 synthesizers or drum machines via MIDI. Each of the MIDI connections is always sending clock, but can be further toggled to receive (or not receive) start/stop commands, which is a great way to simultaneously initiate or pause sequences on multiple hardware devices.
